QUEPOS - MANUEL ANTONIO, COSTA RICA

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Aguirre is an association of small, medium and large businesses which desire to improve and fortify our activity. The Chamber is a private, non-profit, gremial entity for communal well-being.

It was constituted on September 13, 1995 as an initiative by a group of business owners who were concerned by the Municipal Tax Laws, Tax Justice, Property Taxes and the destiny of the sectors we represent.

Among the goals of the Chamber are to:

Promote the development, well-being and dignity of the individuals or companies that formally exercise commercial, industrial and tourist activities in the county.

• Organize educational programs.

• Assure the payment of commercial permits and taxes be reinvested in the community in the form of improved public works and services.
